We are located in The Netherlands and all of our products will also be shipped from The Netherlands all over the world.

Yes, we only buy the products directly from the factory of each brand. This way we are 100% sure we don’t resell counterfeits

At the moment this is not possible, but we hope to make it possible in the future.
How can I make a complaint?
If you have complaints about our service or products, you can contact our customer service via info@kickboxingshop247.com. We will handle your complaint within 5 working days. The complaint is valid if it is not caused by:
• Damage caused by intent or negligence
• Damage due to misuse or negligent maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage as a result of not following the instructions for use and/or washing instructions.
My Orders
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us by email. Once the order has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order. You can return the package after receipt.
Can I still change the order I have already placed?
Changing an order is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. Do you want to change something? Then contact us as soon as possible.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
RETURNS
All returns must be announced to us within fourteen (14) days after receiving the products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Exchanging products for another product is not possible.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@kickboxingshop247.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number you have 14 days to actually return the product. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
My purchase was delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We strive to always give our customers the most complete experience possible. We therefore find it very annoying that you have a complaint about a product supplied by us.
Send us an email (with a photo of the complaint) to our customer service via info@kickboxingshop247.com before you return a product. Do not forget to mention the order number. We try to resolve your complaint for you as soon as possible!
How do I know if my order has been successful?
After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation from us. As soon as the products have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code. Didn’t receive an email? Send an e-mail to info@kickboxingshop247.com stating your situation.
Do I need to pay custom fees?
We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee’s incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. We charge the required amount during the checkout process but are unable to request the additional charges as those are in place through your countries customs, specifically.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
If you place a purchase online, we aim to deliver it to your home as quickly as possible. We try to ship all orders placed and paid for before 13:30 (GMT+1) on the same day, unfortunately we cannot always fulfill this.
We ship all products from The Netherlands and the time to arrive to each country can differ a lot.
I want to receive an order quickly, what should I do?
Contact us via the contact form to see if there is a possibility to choose a faster (usually more expensive) option to send the products.
